In alignment with the GL, you are driving the development of the SQE team and its members.</p><p>.</p><p><span>Job Description</span></p><ul><li><p>Through regular interaction with your team members and understanding of the matter and the people’s ambitions, you know how to get the best out of people and create opportunities for your employees to thrive.</p></li><li><p>You will use your leadership and teamwork skills to solve problems and optimize team performance and individual employee development. You make sure the group is prepared for the challenges of the coming years, making us grow to the perfect team.</p></li></ul><p>.</p><p><span>Main responsibilities</span></p><p>Lead a group of approximately 10 engineers. Your focus is on their development and employability, on cooperation and the realization of the group objectives.</p><ul><li><p>Coach your team members to develop their skills to the next level. Develop the SQE group to meet the long term capacity and capability need.</p></li><li><p>Hire, lead, coach and appraise employees and develop (cooperation between) employees of the assigned department, utilizing the relevant HR instruments, service and procedures. Participate in potential and succession planning.</p></li><li><p>Interact with suppliers, Supplier Account Team members and project leaders in the development programs and allocation of staff in line with program needs. You review project plans and proactively support project realization.</p></li><li><p>Identify and organize challenging opportunities for your team members to develop and deliver.</p></li><li><p>Monitor all relevant internal and external developments with regard to the own <span>discipline/competence</span> and initiate new ways of working to optimize processes in order to continuously improve effectiveness and efficiency of processes.</p></li><li><p>Drive and improve quality standards.</p></li><li><p>Contribute to competence growth</p></li></ul><p>.</p><p><span>Education & Experience</span></p><ul><li><p>MSc or BSc Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical / Industrial engineering or related field of study</p></li><li><p>5-10 years experience, of which preferably minimal 2 year within leadership role</p></li><li><p>Proven track record in building and maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, both internal as well as external (supplier)</p></li><li><p>Understanding of way-of-working in leading-edge semiconductor manufacturing</p></li></ul><p>.</p><p><span>Skills</span></p><p>Working at the cutting edge of tech, you’ll always have new challenges and new problems to solve – and working together is the only way do that.
