Qualifications
Work Experience ……………………… 0 - 2 years in a fabrication shop environment. *
Education & Training ………………. High school graduate. *
* Or equivalent as determined by RJW Management.

Skills and Knowledge Areas
Required ………Power tool operation and safety, multitasking, process adherence.
Preferred …………. Material handling equipment operation and safety.

Responsibilities
• Perform work as directed by the Material Prep Supervisor.
• Condition material surfaces by abrasive blasting, grinding, sanding, polishing and cleaning operations.
• Apply/remove protective coverings and masking from stainless steel sheet, threads and other features used to mitigate damage during process operations or used for preservation of surface conditions.
• Assist with loading and removal of materials and subassemblies from process operation staging areas.
• Package materials, subassemblies and assemblies for local and/or long-distance shipment by palletization, banding, wrapping or other methods.
• Load and unload local and long-distance carriers.
• Clean, organize and maintain shop and office spaces.
• Assist with facility maintenance and janitorial activities.
• Other duties as required.
