Trissential is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join our client’s nonprofit healthcare team. You’ll lead enterprise cloud application implementations and support portfolio governance, all while working remotely from the Twin Cities. Your Role & Responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end implementation of cloud‑based applications (SaaS/PaaS), from planning to delivery
• Oversee portfolio‑level governance, SharePoint standardization, and application adoption strategies
• Drive budgeting, scheduling, and risk management for high‑impact initiatives
• Ensure solutions align with organizational mission, compliance standards, and operational goals
• Collaborate across clinical, IT, and nonprofit operations to drive adoption and outcomes
• Facilitate change management, training, and communications across stakeholder groups
• Track and report KPIs, progress, and business outcomes to senior leadership

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

• 8+ years of project or portfolio management experience, including cloud application implementations
• Experience working in nonprofit, healthcare, or mission‑driven organizations
• Familiarity with SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, or Azure DevOps
• Ability to engage stakeholders across executive, IT, and clinical teams
• Strong communication skills with experience in portfolio reporting

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience within nonprofit organizations or public sector projects
• Background building PMO structures in regulated or impact‑driven settings
• Knowledge of Power Automate, PowerApps, or SharePoint enterprise deployments

Education & Certifications You Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, IT, or related field
• PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred
