In this role, you will:
Present recommendations to develop, implement, and monitor strategic approaches, effectiveness of support function, and business performance improvement opportunities for managing risks of the business
Lead project teams on enhancements to implementation strategy
Identify risk and monitor resolution of issues, escalating as necessary
Perform complex administrative, transactional, and operational support tasks, including the completion of Change Activities and Deliverables (CAAD) documentation
Provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of change management policy and procedure
Collaborate and consult with peers, leaders, and technology on implementation of strategy and enhancement to QA framework
Play a central role in the Change Management implementation process, representing the Frontline Risk Quality Assurance (FRQA) and Unsecured Lending Operations ULO Team Maintain a suite of procedures
Work with management at various levels while supporting the Frontline Risk Quality Assurance (FRQA) and Unsecured Lending Operations ULO Team
Required Qualifications:
4+ years of Administrative Support, or, Business Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Effective critical thinking, communication, and credible challenge skills
Ability to manipulate and manage large sets of data from multiple sources
Risk and control experience (e.g., Audit, IT&V, EBCE, Risk, Control, etc.)
Experience reviewing and analyzing polices, processes, procedures and regulations specific to FRQA/ ULO
Demonstrated ability to develop partnerships with various business and functional areas and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholder groups
Advanced Microsoft Office skills - Excel, SharePoint, Outlook, Word
Ability to create, prepare and present to management
Experience with project and process management
Exposure to or experience working with Change Management methodologies
Demonstrated ability to provide self-leadership and coaching
Ability to create and manage large-scale change, and influence people at all levels of the organization
Ability to successfully engage in and prioritize multiple initiatives simultaneously and meet deadlines amid shifting priorities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, possessing strong collaborative skills
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Exam Management experience
