Position Overview

SEE is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Contract Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team! 
In this role, you will support the North America Commercial function as a full-cycle talent partner with end-to-end hiring for full-time, hourly, and salaried positions. You will play a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring a new wave of talent for Field Sales, Field Service Technicians, Marketing, and Customer Service groups within the U.S and Canada. Based on other business needs, you may be asked to support other client groups.

Capabilities of Success:

We are NOT looking for a pitch and flip recruiter. We are looking for an assertive, talented partner who:
•    Has 3+ years of recruiting experience including servicing both high-volume customer service/field-based hourly positions as well as specialized commercial sales/marketing professional salaried roles.
•    Has a mix of agency and corporate recruitment; prefer at least 2 years in a corporate environment. 
•    Is passionate about people. Looks to understand the qualities of candidates beyond paper and advocates for talent through consultative partnership.
•    Demonstrates expertise in full-cycle recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, recommending candidates, consulting hiring manager on best practices, offer negotiation and pre-employment coordination. 
•    Has familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR tools; SuccessFactors is a plus.
•    Is a fun, energetic team player! Brings their full self to work every day with an excitement to engage and make meaningful connections with candidates and internal partners.
