The Four Seasons Resort Hualalai is looking for a Bartender who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our Bartender’s have the opportunity to shape our guest experience by providing exceptional knowledge of the Resort and exemplifying the Golden Rule in each interaction. Work authorization required.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
Prepare and serve a selection of beverages from the menu while ensuring proper pouring, mixing, and blending according to established recipes and established Four Seasons Standards.
Confirm guest orders including any special needs or requests from the lounge server using the hotel’s point-of-sales system; check completed orders with the guest’s original order.
Service and take orders from guests seated at the bar area offering interesting, and vivid descriptions of each item, origin, taste, and preparation methods; maintain a working knowledge of liquors, wines, beers, etc. Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
Properly and accurately close guest checks; process cash and credit card payments; properly settle voided checks or complimentary items.

WHAT TO BRING
Required by the Hawaii State Department of Health to obtain a Tuberculous (TB) clearance card when working in food and beverage
Two to Five years of restaurant, food and beverage, or equivalent experience is required.
Current Hawaii Liquor Control Blue Card Holder
Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in United States
Ability to accurately read food tickets and communicate orders with the kitchen and servers.
Weekend & Holiday Availability Required
