The Boeing Company is seeking an Experienced Government Estimating Compliance Focal to join our team in Hazelwood, MO or Mesa, AZ.

In this role, you will support the Government Estimating function across programs and sites by interpreting and applying federal regulations and Boeing command media.  You will also maintain the estimating command media, provide guidance and training, and support audits to ensure compliant proposals and estimating practices.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Interpret federal regulations and Boeing command media and ensure requirements are implemented across estimating activities

  • Maintain and update the estimating systems manual and related command media

  • Provide subject-matter guidance to proposal and estimating teams on compliance, processes, and best practices

  • Support government and internal audits by preparing documentation and responding to audit inquiries

  • Develop, deliver, or coordinate training for estimators on applicable policies, processes, and compliance requirements

  • Interface with US government contracting teams, audit agencies, and internal stakeholders including estimators, contracts, program management, and other technical teams

  • Provide clear recommendations to leadership to enable compliant approaches to winning business

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 3+ years supporting government proposals or government estimating functions

  • Experience analyzing situations and making recommendations from multiple inputs

  • Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills

  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence decisions

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Active Secret Clearance

  • Compliance experience and familiarity with federal regulations and compliance guidance

  • Proven ability to interpret and apply government and Boeing command media, policies, and procedures

Summary Pay Range: $84,150 - $113,850

Security Clearance:

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship. An interim U.S. Secret Clearance Pre-Start and final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
