Job Summary
The in-person role based in Center-city Philadelphia is responsible for managing and overseeing the Information Security Governance Risk and Compliance department policies, standards and practices implemented across the Company. Develops initiatives, security strategies, key goals and activities integrating policies and guidelines. Defines Compliance methodologies and processes to manage Continuous Controls Monitoring program. Collaborates extensively with the Process Owners leaders and Business Units leaders to ensure implementation of standards for appropriate security and privacy controls. Provides leadership and direction for team which may include multiple functional areas. Develops and implements strategy for functional area(s). May have responsibility for developing and managing budget.Job Description
Must Have Skills:
Experience in developing and using complex compliance reporting in tools like Tableau/PowerBI etc. to manage a Continuous Controls Monitoring platform with tens of controls with daily data refresh from multitudes of sources with various data pipelines.
Manage roadmap for the platform above to manage dependencies across tens of process owners with regularly moving priorities based on the recent cyber-threats.
Ability to stay flexible and manage change across the team due to on regularly moving priorities based on the recent cyber-threats.
Lead the team of analysts who assist in development, implementation, and maintenance of Cybersecurity/privacy controls based on policies, procedures, and standards
Create presentations and present them to executive leaders of the organization.
Preferred Skills:
- Good hands-on data analysis and manipulation skills via Excel/SQL for large datasets; with ability to learn querying Snowflake and Databricks environments.
Subject matter expertise in Security and Privacy Controls. Good awareness of similar external frameworks like NIST, ISO, SOC-2, GDPR, AICPA etc.
Become subject matter expert in external and internal obligations, policies, procedures, and standards for Cybersecurity and Privacy for Comcast
Excellent written and oral communication skills to be able to work with multitudes of Leaders across Business Units to enable them to drive compliance.
Build strong network by partnering with stakeholders within CyberSecurity team and across Comcast (in Legal, Internal Audit, IT, Data Management etc.) to be able to influence the culture of compliance.
Lead the team of Compliance analysts engaged with various Business Units to guide them and manage escalations.
Cybersecurity/IT Audit or Privacy Audit experience would be a nice to have
