The Senior Manager, Brand Analytics, Nephrology, is a high motivated and strategic individual supporting the commercial success of our nephrology brands. This individual will support the team in generating actionable insights by analyzing brand performance, market dynamics, and sales execution. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of pharmaceutical data sources, strong analytical capabilities, and a collaborative mindset to influence brand strategy and drive performance across the commercial organization.
Job Description
- Support the delivery of performance measurement frameworks, including KPIs, dashboards, and monthly business reviews.
- Analyze sales, claims, patient-level, and field force data to track brand health and identify opportunities to optimize performance.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Forecasting, Finance, and Market Research teams to inform brand strategy and tactical execution.
- Translate complex data into clear, compelling storytelling and presentations to support executive decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all reports and tools.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, competitive intelligence, and evolving analytical methodologies.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical data science, brand analytics, commercial analytics, or a related field, with at least 2 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry.
- Experience with specialty pharmacy data and related analytics.
- Excellent communication, project management and storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex analytics into strategic business recommendations.
- Strong command of pharma data sources (e.g., IQVIA, Symphony, Komodo, claims data, specialty pharmacy, field activity data).
- Proficient in data visualization and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Excel, SQL, Python, or SAS).
- Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable insights that drive business outcomes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Strongly desired
- Experience in nephrology, rare disease, oncology, or specialty pharmacy distribution.
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Statistics, Economics, Life Sciences, Computer Science, or a related field.
