Le poste

Au sein du pôle Digital HR vous serez en charge de la mise en place de SuccessFactors :

• Participation à des projets de gestion, implémentation et maintenance pour clients internationaux
• Recueillir les besoins du client et rédiger les spécifications
• Coordination des développements et paramétrage
• Contrôle mensuel de la règlementation et des procédures
• Elaboration des reportings ad hoc

Votre profil

• Formation d’ingénieur en informatique ou équivalent
• Vous disposez d`une expérience en SIRH en Cabinet de Conseil d’au moins 4-5 ans dans la mise en place/configuration de SuccessFactors
• Une connaissance du module Time est un plus
• Français courant et bon niveau d’anglais
• Fort attrait pour le monde des SIRH et du Conseil
