Lead Server

**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a Lead Server to oversee the dining experience and coordinate food and beverage service at our establishment. The Lead Server will provide guidance to the serving staff, ensure guests receive exceptional service, and maintain a positive dining atmosphere.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Server in a restaurant setting
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage pairings
- Attention to detail and multitasking skills

**Responsibilities:**
- Train and mentor serving staff
- Oversee the serving of food and beverages
- Interact with guests to ensure satisfaction
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues
- Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies

**Additional Skills:**
- Certification in food safety is a plus
- Experience with POS systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure
