Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00 A.M. - 5:00 P.M.

As a CFS Manager, you'll oversee Accounts Receivable, Billing, Cash Posting, and Client Customer Service operations. Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily operations of Client Financial Services, ensuring compliance with policies and standards

  • Provide leadership and support to staff, ensuring quality and productivity goals are met

  • Promote excellent customer service with staff, vendors, payers, and clients

  • Ensure services comply with state/federal regulations and accreditation standards

  • Oversee timely claims submission and cash management reporting

  • Supervise insurance follow-up and denial management workflows

  • Monitor client calls and identify process improvement opportunities

  • Conduct quality audits and performance evaluations

  • Develop and deliver training for new and existing staff

  • Manage employee performance, including feedback and corrective action

  • Ensure accurate and timely timekeeping and adherence to company policies

  • Communicate strategic direction and encourage team participation

  • Collaborate with leadership to meet operational goals
     

Education and/or Experience Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

  • Certification in Billing and/or Coding preferred

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare billing, collections, or denial management preferred
     

Required License/Certification (one of the following):

  • Certification in Billing and/or Coding (preferred)
     

Additional Qualifications:

  • Strong leadership and conflict-resolution skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication

  • Ability to analyze financial data and system reports

  • Proficiency with computer systems

  • Strong time-management and multitasking abilities

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism
