The Virtual Transformational Leadership Development (VTLD) Experience 

The College of the Liberal Arts, School of Labor and Employment Relations and the College of Arts and Architecture seek to hire an undergraduate research assistant to collaborate with faculty members and graduate teaching assistants regarding an innovative leadership development course.  

The VTLD Experience is a GenEd Inter-domain Cross Listed anti-racist, anti-oppression leadership development course designed to leverage the arts in a virtual setting to promote student engagement and to develop the next generation of leaders to serve as agents of change in pursuit of a more civil, inclusive, equitable and just workplace and society. Responsibilities 

The undergraduate research assistant will be responsible for the following tasks: 

• Facilitate small group coaching sessions. 

• Share Your Story assignment (5-minute student end of semester videos). 

• Assist in making enhancements to the course during summer 2024 including implementing Canvas Mastery Paths and ChatGPT. 

• Research and identify potential internal and external sources of technical support to embed Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning into the course. 

• Assist in updating the VTLD Experience Research Study page.  

• Other tasks as assigned.
