The Job

The Warehouse Associate at our distribution center ensures the efficient and accurate flow of products within our online retail operation. This role may be responsible for various tasks, including inspecting, receiving, storing, packing, and shipping merchandise.

Pay: Starting immediately @ $hr

Available Shifts:

  • Day Shift - 5:30am - 2:00pm
  • Mid Shift - 10:00am - 6:30pm
  • Swing Shift - 2:00pm - 11:00pm

Job Duration – Hiring immediately – March 2023 (with potential for year-round position)


The Opportunity

  • Receiving: Receive incoming shipments, inspect and verify the accuracy of items received, and process them into inventory. 
  • Storage: Safely store products in designated locations within the warehouse, ensuring proper organization and inventory management. 
  • Order Picking: Accurately pick products from shelves or racks based on order requests, ensuring the correct items are selected. 
  • Packing: Prepare orders for shipping by packaging products securely, labeling packages, and completing necessary documentation. 
  • Shipping: Sort and process the shipment of orders through various carriers, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. 
  • Inventory Management: Maintain inventory accuracy while working in production tasks, perform location counts, and report discrepancies. 
  • Quality Control: Inspect products for quality and report any issues or discrepancies to supervisors. 
  • Safety: Adhere to safety protocols, including proper handling of equipment, maintaining a clean work area, and reporting safety concerns. 
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow Warehouse Associates and team members to meet productivity goals and ensure smooth warehouse operations. 
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve issues related to orders, inventory, or product discrepancies. 
  • Efficiency: Work efficiently to meet daily and weekly performance targets while maintaining accuracy. 
  • Compliance: Follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to inventory control and security. 
  • Other duties as assigned. 

Requirements

The Must Haves

  • Basic computer skills for order processing and inventory management.
  • Willingness to achieve evo certification on safe operation of powered lift equipment (Order Picker & Fork Lift). Operation involves operating equipment at heights of up to 24 feet. Training is provided.
