The Role:
As a Purchasing Officer, you’ll:

• Manage procurement, purchasing and inventory for our aged care facilities

• Liaise with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods

• Improve processes to drive efficiencies and cost savings across the organisation

• Provide hands-on support for order management, invoicing and supply chain queries

• Conduct site visits, training and inventory reviews to maintain top-notch service standards

What You’ll Bring:

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar procurement or supply chain role

• Strong organisational and time management skills with a proactive mindset

• Proficiency in MS Office, especially advanced Excel and knowledge of inventory systems

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• A customer-centric approach with a passion for continuous improvement
