Your team
To better serve Financial Advisors and clients in North America, UBS aims to modernize the Banking capabilities of UBS Bank USA, and deliver a more holistic, full-service banking offering to our clients. UBS will build on its already high-performing Bank and strong net promoter scores to further align to the UBS client promise –personalized, relevant, on-time, and seamless services.
You’ll be joining the Experience team within UBS Bank USA in Weehawken, NJ. This team plays a critical role in enabling banking transformation at scale – providing the tools and framework needed to embed journey thinking into how we design, deliver, and maintain experiences across BUSA.
Your expertise
• bachelor’s degree
• ideally 8+ years' experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services organization preferred
• Deep understanding of retail banking products, client servicing models, and regulatory considerations
• strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize feedback, identify trends, and draw meaningful insights
• excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
• working knowledge of journey mapping tools and methodologies
• proven ability to understand of business objectives, client needs, and data required to deliver on an optimized client experience
• familiarity with Agile ways of working and experience operating within product-aligned teams
• ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced, high visibility environments while maintaining attention to details and alignment to strategic goals

Salary information
US Only: The expected salary range for this role is $110000 to $157000 based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Please see «Your role» section for detailed salary information.
