JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Hybrid – may telecommute part of the week.
- SCHEDULE: 40 hrs./week

Pay range $80K-$90K
- Location: New York, NY
- Maintain financial records and ensure financial transactions are properly recorded.
- Ensure the accuracy of entries to ledger accounts and reconciles subsidiary ledger accounts to the general ledger.
- Prepare balance sheets, profit and loss statements and other financial reports.
- Analyze current costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations incurred to predict future revenues and expenses.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s in Accounting
- Prior experience must include:
- Experience in accounting software including SAP, and training and onboarding employees on accounting
- Experience in budget preparation, forecasting, and variance analysis to support executive decision-making.
- Experience with advanced Excel skills and SAP for data extraction, transformation, and import into ERP systems.
- Experience in project performance analysis, including team availability, risk assessment, and time tracking reports.
- Experience in reorganization of financial records and reconstruction of consolidated financial statements across multiple entities
- Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, journal entries, and account reconciliation.
- Experience in Financial statement consolidation, foreign currency translation, and compliance with GAAP and IFRS
- Experience with monitoring and analyzing manufacturing costs, including direct materials, labor, and overhead expenses.
- Experience with implementing cost control measures to optimize operational efficiency.
