Job Description

• As a Project Manager, you continuously track the project status including quality, budget, production costs and schedule and report to management on a regular basis. You plan new projects, take care of contracting, discuss technical results and challenges with the experts, and enable the team to find the best solution for the product.
• Moreover you are responsible for risk management, risk monitoring and risk mitigation, striving for forward thinking solutions.
• Additionally you take the overall responsibility for and coordination of all development tasks necessary for the MEMS chip and lead the simultaneous engineering team including design, process technology, layout and wafer level test. 
• You act as the main point of contact between the MEMS development project and internal partners for the project like other components, manufacturing or system engineering. You manage communication with the project stakeholders
  actively.
• Last but not least you define goals and scope for sub-projects (technology, design, test).

Qualifications

• Education: completed university studies (master's degree/diploma/PhD) in physics, micro systems, electrical engineering or a comparable subject
• Experience and Knowledge: several years of experience in MEMS development projects, preferably including industrialization; experience in
  leading role (e.g. project, task force, team)
• Personality & Working Practice: teamplayer, resilient, agile, organized, structured
• Enthusiasm: passion for customer satisfaction
• Languages: fluent in English and very good in German written and spoken
