Job Summary:
The Corporate Staff Accounting Clerk is responsible for general accounting functions of the US based Shared Services Center.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
• Provides outstanding external/internal support and service.
• Answers questions and maintains account accuracy.
• Conducts daily and monthly AR activities.
• Creates invoices, collects payments, posts deposits, etc.
• Handles AP processes including account coding, entry and payments.
• Researches discrepancies, investigates charges/fees.
• Performs EOM preliminary journal entries, etc.
• Keeps detailed and organized documentation of records.
• Purchasing, Receiving, Inventory Management.
• Performs monthly account reconciliations as assigned.
• Other clerical duties may be required as needed Other accounting duties and projects as assigned.

• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and manages time appropriately.
• Understanding of general accounting principles.
Education/Experience Requirements
- • Must be able to multitask and work in fast paced environment.
- • Must have exceptional service standards.
- • Must have Quick Books experience.
- • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- • Minimum 1-year experience in A/P and A/R processing
- • High school diploma or GED Associates degree in accounting or higher strongly preferred.
