Job Description
Intern - Commercial - Market Access Strategy, Oncology
As a Gilead intern you will contribute to high-impact meaningful projects that will not only further advance our company’s mission but will allow you to gain real world experience at one of the most innovative organizations in the world. You will also have opportunities to participate in special events including professional development and leadership presentations, social/network building activities and local community volunteer programs.
The Market Access Strategy, Oncology function is responsible for securing and enabling patient access to Gilead’s oncology therapies. The graduate intern will support launch preparations for the anticipated US commercialization of zimberelimab and domvanalimab in metastatic upper GI cancers.
Key Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following:
Help develop access launch strategy and execution plans in preparation for dom+zim upper GI Launch Readiness Review meeting
Collaborate with cross-functional partners, including access field teams, brand team, US Medical Affairs and PAQ, oncology field sales, patient support program team, training, and Global partners
Assess oncology access landscape and integrate learnings into launch plans
Identify opportunities to support commercialization that are in line with launch strategies
Oversee and manage vendors and agency partners to produce deliverables within timelines and budgets.

Required Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old
Must have a minimum GPA of 2.8
Authorized to work in the United States without Sponsorship now or in the future or CPT/OPT through your University.
Must be currently enrolled as a full-time student in a Masters/MBA/PhD program at an accredited US based university or college and enrolled in the fall semester after the completion of the internship
Must be Graduate or Doctoral Student
Must be able to complete a 10-12 consecutive week internship between May and August
Must be able to relocate if neces
