Primary Purpose: The Associate Buyer/Allocator will be responsible for owning and executing omni channel strategies for Men’s and Women’s Collection Ready-to-Wear. This role will co-own the buying and planning process with Global Merchandising, as well as fully own the allocation of product for both Retail stores and e-commerce.

- Influence category assortments for the North America Collection RTW business by analyzing product performance, customer feedback, consumer trend, competitive landscape and local market knowledge to convey those findings to Global Merchandising & Design teams.
- Partner with Global Merchandise Planning to drive OTB and meet financial targets and productivity metrics for all departments. Understand sales, inventory, receipt, and turn goals.
- Own inventory allocations across Retail stores and E-Commerce channels, with the intention of maximizing total sales and sell-through by identifying strategic inventory opportunities, transfers, and distribution.
- Reforecast the business quarterly by reviewing sku level sales, inventory and receipts to hit topline goals.
- Partner with E-commerce, Global Merchandising, Marketing, Product Knowledge, Visual Merchandising, and Store Operations teams to create synergies across all consumer touch points.
- Manage SKU lifecycle from adoption to delete, react to in-season sales/learnings to determine go forward strategy and actions.
- Run weekly, monthly, and quarterly selling reports to recap and analyze business, making recommendations for driving improved performance and identifying opportunities.
- Partner with the Field Teams to solicit qualitative feedback on product, customers, store environments & competition.

- 2+ years of Buying and/or Planning experience; an equivalent combination of work experience and education will be considered
- Advanced working knowledge of Excel, retail math and planning skills
- Strong product sensibility and understanding of competitive landscape and trends
- Forward strategic thinking and outstanding analytical/quantitative skills to problem solve independently and own end-to-end process
- Ability to effectively multi-task, prioritize and adapt to fast-paced, dynamic business environment
- A keen attention to detail and a drive to finish tasks accurately and efficiently
- Excellent team working skills with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships across multiple levels; must work collaboratively to drive sales results and foster relationships with other teams to achieve strategic goals.
