What You Will Achieve

  • Serve as a key resource and potentially lead lower levels within your area of expertise.

  • Monitor and respond to equipment needs, adhering to SOPs, cGMPs, and safety requirements.

  • Adapt standard methods using knowledge and experience, assist in training others, and improve processes using Right First Time and Lean principles.

Here Is What You Need (Minimum Requirements)

  • High School Diploma or GED

  • 6+ years of experience

  • Demonstrated ability to perform various functions of a highly repetitive nature while maintaining concentration on tasks

  • Proven capability to understand and follow written procedures

  • Ability to work independently or in groups effectively

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks

Bonus Points If You Have (Preferred Requirements):

  • A bachelor's degree

  • Experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing or a related field

  • Strong technical skills and the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Familiarity and basic understanding of common AI tools and a curiosity for learning how they can be used to enhance productivity

Physical/Mental Requirements

  • The capability to focus attention on the line's performance and adherence to aseptic behaviors and operational procedures that in turn leads to higher-than-normal performance

  • Ability to hold self and others accountable and to encourage colleagues to take personal responsibility for their performance/actions

  • Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing and regulatory compliance

  • Demonstrated aptitude to execute Aseptic techniques to a high degree of proficiency

  • Must be able to read and write and follow written and oral instructions.

  • Must be able to communicate and work well interdepartmentally, as well as, with all plant departments

  • Required to do frequent lifting of 15-20 pounds and occasional lifting in excess of 25 pounds

  • Vision must be correctable to 20/20

  • Satisfactory performance and attendance are required

  • Must be capable of performing data entry into calculators and computers

Non-Standard Work Schedule, Travel or Environment Requirements

  • This role follows a Monday–Friday D1 day shift schedule from 6:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with occasional off‑shift support required as needed to address critical issues.​

The salary for this position ranges from $23.40 to $39.01 per hour. In addition, this position offers eligibility for overtime, weekend, holiday and other pay premiums depending on the work schedule and the Company’s policies.
