Within Global Sustainability, the team "social regulation and business" develops business propositions and public-private partnerships for social impact; it leads the global implementation of human rights due diligence, especially in own operations and supply chains; it advises relevant functions on all social regulatory topics, including those related to CSRD implementation; and looks after other sustainability-related tasks, including sustainability ratings.  </p> <p> </p> <h3><b>How can you make an impact?</b></h3> <p> </p> <p><b>You will:</b></p> <ul> <li>Coordinate and drive the development of an Allianz Group strategy on climate adaptation, together with relevant business units and functions, and align and communicate propositions with top management </li> <li>In close alignment with the relevant Allianz board member, further develop the Allianz partnership with the Insurance Development Forum (IDF). This includes implementing the IDF's newly defined public-private partnership strategy, engaging with other IDF members and looking for future engagement opportunities. </li> <li>Lead Allianz's participation in an ongoing parametric insurance PPP project in Ghana. This requires close alignment with government officials, other business participants and the relevant Allianz units.
