Automotive Collision Painter

Pay ranges from $25-35/hr.

Hours are Monday-Friday 7:30am-5:00pm, weekends off!

Green Island Collision is excited to announce an opening in our Refinishing Department! We are a locally owned business with a goal to efficiently restore vehicles to pre-accident condition.

• Applicants must have a valid driver’s license
• Applicants must be self-motivated and be able to multi-task
• Attention to detail
• Must have minimum 3 years experience

We’re looking for an Automotive Painter to paint parts of vehicles after they’ve been in an accident. The goal is to match new parts to the rest of the vehicle.

Duties include:

• Diagnosing paint requirements
• Preparing new parts to adhere to paint
• Manual/power sanding equipment
• Using anti-corrosion treatments to restore damaged paint

A good candidate for the position should have:

• Good organizational skills
• Detail oriented
• Good communication skills

Standing for long periods of time and moderate lifting required. This is a physically active position.
