Product & Process Development Specialist

 

For the new Process & Technology organization we are looking for PPD Specialist to join us in our Gum Factory in Poland, Skarbimierz.

 

In this role you will:

 

• Execute low to medium complexity projects
• Participate in development process of new ingredients & products, including:
• Prepare & Run Laboratory and Production trials
• Initial Regulatory Assessments for products based on provided guidelines
• Develop new ingredients or alternatives in cooperation with suppliers
• Define specifications for new ingredients
• Lead sensory validation (internal – locally and with regional BUs)
• Prepare & maintain Product Documentation
• Monitor 1st Productions & Implement any necessary recipe changes
• Collect & analyze data needed for product and process optimization
• Prepare Product & Ingredients Portfolio

We would like you to bring in:

 

• Min. 2 years of experience ideally in R&D
• Expertise in product & process development in a fast moving environment
• Education: Chemical Engineering or Food Technology
• Proactivity
• Ability to define, structure & execute tasks
• Fast learning skills
• Very good knowledge of English
