Flexographic Printing Maintenance Technician

Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Flexographic Printing Maintenance Technicians for projects located in and around the Lenexa, KS area. This is a full time opportunity, with a pay range of $30-56/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:

• Maintain all Production Equipment and Plant Facilities in Proper Working Condition
• Troubleshoot and Repair Mechanical, Hydraulic, Pneumatic, and Electrical Equipment on Flexographic Printing Presses, Bag Machines, Slitters, Laminating Equipment, etc.
• Install, Set up, and Shut down Equipment According to Safety Procedures
• Conduct Daily Inspections of and Performs Maintenance as Needed on Incinerator Equipment, Air Compressors, Conveyors, and Compactors
• Perform Preventative Maintenance on Printing and Converting Equipment

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 Years of Experience
• Strong Electrical Troubleshooting Skills and Knowledge
• Millwright Experience
• Able to Pass a Drug Screen
• Basic Millwright and Electrical Hand Tools
• Willing and Able to Train others
• Have Experience with Allen Bradley Software
