Maintenance Coordinator

Location: Belvidere, NJ

 As a Maintenance Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for purchasing, ordering parts, (e.g., PM’s breakdowns, repairs, rebuilding, etc.) to optimize plant equipment and support the production of quality chemical intermediates, energies and finished products to a pre-determined operations plan.

 

You will perform specialized predictive and preventive maintenance equipment inspections; trouble shoots, plans, installs and/or modifies plant equipment and related systems in accordance with Key Performance measure, Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), safety / regulatory requirements, and divisional goals. You will also Lead the planning efforts demonstrating DSM behaviors and technical skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist and coach crafts to conduct maintenance in an effective manner.
• Identify improvement opportunities and provide input regarding scheduling/review/analysis of do segment of the manufex work process.
• Conduct a variety of maintenance activities (e.g., preventative/corrective to optimize plant equipment).
• Perform specialized predictive and preventative equipment inspections.
• Troubleshoot plans and install and/or modify plant equipment with related systems.
• Contribute to overall planning/scheduling Electrical/Instrumentation and Machinist/Pipefitting crafts.

  You bring:

 

• High School diploma or equivalent. Certification from a technical school preferred.
• Minimum of 6 - 8 years skilled Mechanical / Electrical maintenance related or equivalent experience.
• Good math, oral/written communication skills and social skills
• Good time management, statistical process control and trouble shooting skills.
• Ability to prioritize and follow through on completion of project(s).
• Detailed knowledge of applicable SHE & Manufacturing requirements.
