Manager – Scrum Master / AI Delivery Lead

The opportunity

We’re seeking a highly organized and proactive Scrum Master / AI Delivery Lead to drive agile delivery practices across our AI Engineering team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, excels at cross-team coordination, and is passionate about enabling successful outcomes in AI/ML initiatives.

Your key responsibilities

• Own and lead agile delivery practices for the AI Engineering team.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Track progress, remove blockers, and provide delivery updates to leadership.
• Ensure cross-team coordination and alignment with EY standards and best practices.

To qualify you must have

• 5–8+ years of experience in Agile program or project management.
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or Rally.

Ideally, you'll also have

• Exposure to AI/ML projects and delivery cycles.
• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of scaled agile frameworks (e.g., SAFe, LeSS).

• We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business.  The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $125,500 to $230,200.  The base salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $150,700 to $261,600.  Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography.  In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
