SHOULD YOU ACCEPT THIS CHALLENGE...

The Solutions, Verticals & Alliances (SV&A) team is a combined group focused on enabling customers to accelerate their business using integrated, value add solutions from Pure Storage. As the Senior Director Integrations and Engineering Solutions, you will work closely with Alliances, Verticals, Pure leadership, the field and other organizations to lead the Solutions organization to achieve the key objectives of the group. You will be part of the SV&A leadership and drive the delivery and innovation of the group to ultimately add incremental value to our customers and revenue to the company. The role reports to the Vice President of Solutions, Verticals & Alliances.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING…

• Lead the team of solutions managers and Solutions engineering groups for the successful achievement of roadmap goals covering Integrations & Engineered solutions.
• Manage the productivity, velocity and creativity of the teams to support the company in achieving its goals.
• Achieve the key metrics of the group including PLC conformity and value contribution.
• Interlock with key internal stakeholders in addition to key Alliance partner stakeholders
• Inspire and support the growth of the team with a focus on encouraging identification of new areas of revenue opportunities and key technologies brand awareness.
• Identify addition areas of innovation that could support key business units or the strategic goals of the group.
• Support key product personal relationships at Alliances.
• Identify gaps in topic or workflow areas that an alliance partnership could add incremental capabilities.
• Embody the SV&A Value Proposition principles and implementation related to deliverables.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO BRING TO THIS ROLE...

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience leading Alliance specific strategic and operational initiatives.
• 9+ years of professional experience in a role that has consistently achieved Solutions and engineering targets specifically related to multi company initiatives.
• Deep understanding of the Product Management discipline
• Strong relationship development skills with engineering departments
• Experience managing teams located globally including an Indian location engineering team. 
• Proven ability to achieve delivery targets and create an environment where technology specialists can thrive
• Excellence internal interlock abilities including working with Marketing and other key internal customers to maximize the effectiveness of produced assets.
• Experience presenting and evangelizing the core messages of the group internally and externally.
• Strong understanding of the operations and motivations of large IT companies
• Proven excellence leading and motivating teams.
• Must be willing and able to travel where relevant as part of the role.

The annual base salary range is: $145,000 – $331,000. Salary ranges are determined based on role, level and location. For positions open to candidates in multiple geographical locations, the base salary range is reflective of the labor market across the applicable locations. 

This role may be eligible for incentive pay and/or equity.
