Production Supervisor - Second Shift

Primary Assignments:

• Independently perform troubleshooting and diagnosing mechanical or electrical issues using manuals, drawings, and schematics.
• Perform preventative maintenance on all equipment
• Independently able to identify broken or worn components in machines.
• Perform stick, MIG and TIG welding.
• Independently use a lathe, Bridgeport, or drill press.
• Follow all established safety rules and regulations and utilize required safety equipment.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area.
• Works with and direct level 1&2 mechanics to accomplish shift objectives and projects as directed.
• Take direction from the Maintenance Shift Supervisor and Maintenance Manager.
• Other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications:

• Ability to stand for prolonged periods and lift up to fifty pounds comfortably.
•  Must possess good time management and organizational skills including the ability to multi-task, work well in a team setting with other technicians and trades professionas.
• Experience in manufacturing environments, with knowledge of HACCP, OSHA, and USDA guidelines.
• Willingness to work in varying temperatures and wear required personal protective equipment.
• Previous supervisory experience required, with a focus on fostering a positive and safe work culture.
• Knowledge the proper use of hand and power tools required
• Familiarity with cGMP/GMP.
