As our Summer Trainee, Customer service, you’ll play a key role in delivering great customer experience. In addition to supporting our customers with their requests, we are also working on logistics and production planning related topics.

Position is in Vaasa, Finland

What You’ll Be Doing

 

• Global customer service
• Order entering in SAP
• Ensuring that all information provided to customers or logistics partner is accurate and special requirements are met
• Interaction with other departments and third-party suppliers to ensure smooth customer service and sales processes
• Taking care of production planning and ensuring that the orders are delivered on time.

 

What We're Looking For

 

• You should have completed at least 2 years of M.Sc. or B.Sc. studies in a relevant field of studies (international business or engineering) 
• Ideally you have experience with SAP
• Ability to work independently with cross-cultural teams, to learn quickly and follow processes accurately
• Strong communication skills in spoken and written English, at least working proficiency in Finnish
• A mindset of continuous improvement and close collaboration with stakeholders
• For logistic position you must successfully complete a background clearance
