Job Summary

Responsible for partnering with assigned client organizations and Human Resources team(s) to ensure strategies and initiatives are met. Coordinates recruitment, compliance, benefits, compensation and employee relations activities to maximize employee resources. Manages team which may include exempt and non-exempt employees. Serves as subject matter expert and provides guidance to employees as required. Develops processes and procedures to drive department efficiencies. Assists in the development and meeting of departmental budget.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities 

HR Operations Leadership and Generalist Support 

  • Serve as the subject matter expert for HR operations, providing strategic guidance and oversight to ensure efficient and effective HR processes and transactions. 

  • PM, lead and conduct regular HR audits & compensation audits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant laws. 

  • Oversee project management of HR and Talent Management milestones, ensuring timely execution and communication to stakeholders.  

  • Serve as HR data security lead for the client group: process access requests, conduct necessity assessments, generate security reports, audit access, and contribute to approval protocols and audits. 

  • Function as the primary HR generalist for the HQ HR client group, offering high-touch support  

  • Develop and implement onboarding for new hires within the department. 

  • Own, organize and lead weekly team meetings to foster collaboration, share updates, and drive continuous improvement 

  •  Implement process for documentation storage leveraging HR Sharepoint Site & maintain regular audits to ensure users & documentation are up to date with latest templates/process etc. 

Reporting & Analytics  

  • Reporting & maintenance of HR metrics and scorecards, including turnover, talent movement, leadership performance, employee engagement, and DE&I. 

  • Owner for regular scheduled execution of operational reporting, leveraging analytics to provide actionable insights to HR leadership and HRBPs. 

  • Regularly & represent cross functional Operations by attend HR cadences (staff meetings, team meetings) to provide recommendations to HR leadership and HRBPs from analyzing key reporting trends/insights. 

  • Oversee and audit of senior leader-level presentations, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights. 

  • Act as primary point of contact for key stakeholder groups ie HRBPs and Generalist team to ensure reporting tools are meeting their needs and stakeholders understand key insights.   <
