About the Opportunity

As part of the Administrative Support team, you will, as an Executive Assistant, be a supportive force to our President and executive team. The Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the President and other Executive team members. Reporting directly to the President, the Executive Assistant provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship. The Executive Assistant also serves as a liaison to the Executive team and senior management teams; organizes and coordinates executive outreach and external relations efforts and oversees special projects. The Executive Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
What you’ll do
- Support the President and provide additional support to executive team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently.
- Maintain and refine internal processes that support the President and executive team and coordinate internal and external resources to expedite workflows.
- Manage communication with employees by liaising with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.
- Work directly with the President to support all aspects of his daily work routine.
- Assist the President and executive team in the development of presentations and white papers for internal and external audiences.
- Determine priority of matters of attention for the President and executive team; redirect matters to staff to handle, or handle matters personally, as appropriate.
- Keep the President and executives advised of time-sensitive and priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up.
- Routinely perform a wide variety of support duties as assigned.
