We are looking for an E&E Hybrid Customer Performance Pilot. In this role, you will define technical requirements, ensure compliance with international standards, validate performance, and propose innovative solutions. Additionally, you will document and share knowledge from previous projects.

What you will do

• Lead the convergence of quality, cost, and time within your area of responsibility.
• Develop tailored validation plans for each project based on its complexity.
• Define and achieve optimal performance levels for the propulsion system and vehicle.
• Request and oversee tests to ensure emission and efficiency targets are met.
• Collaborate and represent your area to customers and the engineering team, managing the resolution of unmet targets.

What we are looking for

• Experience: At least 4 years in calibration within the automotive sector, including engine calibration and test analysis.
• Education: Industrial, Mechanical, or Chemical Engineer. Master's or PhD in combustion engine efficiency/emissions is highly valued.
• Languages: English: High level. French: Valued.
• Software: Concerto, SystemAnalyst, Office365 (Python is a plus).
• Skills: Technical rigour, technical curiosity, eagerness to learn and progress, professionalism and thoroughness, high degree of autonomy and initiative, teamwork.
