Your Opportunity:

As Shoes Product Associate Manager, you will report to Senior Manager Shoes Product.

You will be involved in the management of all activities related to the product development of the collection of the women's formal footwear collection.

Your Contribution:

• Participation in all product development phases up to production finalisation, respecting the collection timing and the deadlines set for each activity
• Constant follow-up with external suppliers (shoe factories, heel factories, sole factories, machining, etc.) in collaboration with the PM and the Technical Manager, guaranteeing a responsive and punctual communication flow
• RM orders, metal accessories for prototypes and samples
• Compilation of collection progress files, Product Training, Look List, Samples comments for Showroom, in collaboration with PMs.
• Logistics management of samples and prototypes.
• Preparation of documentation/boards for meetings with style office and merch.
• Keeping product development progress files up to date.
• Sharing collection progress with all departments involved, creating synergies with other categories

Your Skills:

• Years of experience: > 5 years in a similar role.
• Computer skills: Good knowledge of the Office package (Excel, PPT) PLM, STEALTH.
• Soft skills: Excellent organisational skills, precision, flexibility, problem solving, teamwork, negotiation skills, energy and motivation
• Language skills: English
