Responsibilities

Provides customer service and performs a variety of duties related to the installation, troubleshooting, maintenance, removal, and repair of Electronic Gaming or Lottery Devices and all related systems, equipment and signs. 

• Proficient in all FST I duties and responsibilities
• Perform conversions without assistance
• Perform system upgrades without assistance
• Assist with customer disputes
• Assist Field Service Manager and Supervisor with Field Service performance as requested
• Capable of mentoring or training new hires on various aspects of the FST I position
• Participate as subject matter expert of other site deployments as requested
• Capable of leading smaller groups on small scale project work
• Proficient in the use of internal systems and software applications (i.e. Customer Relationship Management databases)
• May be asked to allocate assignments of daily work

Qualifications

• Proficient at all FST I Minimum Requirements
• Requires minimum 1-2 years of related experience
• Proficient understanding of networking and various communication technologies. 
• Demonstrate understanding of dispatch system
• Skilled in creative problem solving, troubleshooting, and analytical structured thinking
• Good judgment and strong critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
