JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver a warm, engaging, and authentic Irish pub experience to every guest from initial greeting through final farewell

• Demonstrate full knowledge of food and beverage offerings, including Irish specialties, craft cocktails, draft beer selections, and featured promotions

• Guide guests confidently through menu selections, making thoughtful recommendations to enhance their experience

• Accurately enter food and beverage orders and ensure timely coordination with the bar and kitchen for seamless service execution

• Monitor tables attentively, anticipating guest needs and ensuring satisfaction throughout the dining experience

• Present food and beverages with pride, ensuring proper preparation, accuracy, and visual appeal

• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming section, including resetting tables promptly and maintaining bar-top awareness

• Process payments accurately and handle guest transactions with professionalism and efficiency

• Uphold all food safety and responsible alcohol service standards in compliance with state and company guide
