About the Role
As a Membership Sales Associate, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers—responsible for selling memberships, building relationships, and delivering an exceptional experience. This role is ideal for someone who is motivated, coachable, and eager to grow into a leadership position. Top performers will have the opportunity to advance into management as we expand.

What You’ll Do

• Drive membership sales by educating customers on the benefits of routine dog wellness care
• Build strong relationships with dog parents and provide outstanding customer service
• Promote and schedule first-time visits to our Scenter
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk environment
• Ensure dog safety protocols are always followed to provide a stress-free experience
• Drive KPIs—average ticket price and rebook ratio—through memberships, add-ons, and retail
• Answer calls, schedule appointments, manage profiles and records
• Adhere to Scenthound sanitary and cleaning practices
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Scenter Manager

What We’re Looking For

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach
• Passion for dog wellness and safety
• Retail, hospitality, or membership-based sales experience is a plus
• Reliable transportation and tech proficiency
• Willingness to work in a smoke-free environment
• Must love dogs!

Standout Candidates Will Have:

• 1+ years in membership sales, franchise, or lead-gen experience
• Experience in follow-up outreach (calls, texts, appointment setting)
• Confidence in selling and educating on memberships
• Prior experience working with dogs or in dog-related businesses
• Fitness, wellness, or service franchise experience
