Position Overview: We are seeking an energetic and driven Aftermarket Sales Manager with a "hunter" mentality to join our team. Under the direction of the Vice President of Aftermarket, the successful candidate will manage long-term partnerships with key customers, identify and pursue new opportunities, and contribute to the profitability of CPM Century Extrusion. The role requires 30-50% travel, both internationally and domestically, and can be based either at home or in the office, depending on the candidate's location.

This is a remote position. Prefer this candidate reside in the Mid-West, East Cost, or South East of the United Sates. 

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assertively pursue new customers and opportunities for CPM’s extrusion replacement spare parts and CX Extrusion services, including audits, repairs, and rebuilds.
  • Implement effective customer contact processes to meet sales objectives.
  • Deliver excellent customer service to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts to support company growth and investment strategies.
  • Actively participate in company sales meetings to enhance communication, understanding, and teamwork.
  • Prepare and submit weekly sales reports, expense reports, budgets, projections, and action agendas to meet company expectations.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Hunter Mentality: Proven ability to identify and close new business opportunities.
  • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of industry theories and practices, particularly in chemistry and engineering.
  • Sales Expertise: Must have a minimum of 3 years of Industrial Sales Experience, with a preference for candidates with experience in the aftermarket segment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or Chemical).
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to think critically and solve problems effectively.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and prioritize effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, TEAMS, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.

Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to sit for extended periods.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to travel up to 30%-50% of the time.
