Millennium Physicians is seeking a dynamic, bilingual Certified Medical Assistant to join our fast-paced Walk-In Clinic team in Naples! If you're energetic, organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, we want to meet you.

🕒 Schedule:

• Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM

• Saturday rotation

💼 What You'll Do: As a CMA, you'll be at the heart of our patient experience-supporting providers and ensuring every visit is smooth and compassionate. Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with exams and procedures

• Collecting vitals and medical histories

• Performing EKGs and administering injections

• Managing EMR documentation (Athena experience a plus)

• Supporting urgent care operations in a fast-paced environment

🎯 What We're Looking For:

• MUST have 3-5 years of experience in urgent care, Primary Care or walk-in clinic settings

• Bilingual (English/Spanish preferred)

• IV certification is a plus

• Strong multitasking and communication skills

• CPR/BLS certified

• CMA certification (must be current)

• Ability to type 40+ WPM

Required Skills and Abilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have strong computer skills and knowledge of EMR systems; Athena knowledge preferred but not required. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, climb and balance. The employee is occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
