Stockroom Associate- Full Time

Description

The Stockroom Associate will be responsible for maintaining the backroom of the store. They will perform tasks in areas such as customer order picking, packing, stocking, quality control, loading and unloading freight. Their primary focus will be on ensuring all customer orders are shipped accurately & on time and that the backroom is maintained & organized.

Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and timely

• Receive vendor shipments accurately

• Process and merchandise freight onto the sales floor

• Price changes, cycle counts, general housekeeping, and overall cleanliness/organization of stockroom

• Adhere to all safety procedures in the performance of job duties

• Occasional basic customer service

• Other duties and responsibilities may be assigned

Requirements

• A professional appearance

• Maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment

• Experience using a computer and handheld devices

• The ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time

• Willingness to work as part of a team, as well as work independently

• Prior retail experience a plus
