What You’ll Own

  • Lead the end-to-end execution of strategic data center projects with accountability for scope, budget, schedule, and profitability.

  • Partner with sales managers, installation leaders, and cross-functional teams to shape winning strategies from pre-sales to final delivery.

  • Pursue continuous improvement—identify scope enhancements, manage risk, drive value engineering, and sell impactful change orders.

  • Ensure project milestones are met with accuracy, transparency, and compliance to all federal, state, and local standards.

  • Champion safety and integrity in every step of the process.

  • Maintain strong client relationships and foster collaboration across internal and external stakeholders.

🧠 How You’ll Make It Happen

  • Serve as the primary on-site leader, orchestrating execution teams and schedule alignment.

  • Apply your expertise in navigating contractual obligations, field directives, and scope shifts with precision and professionalism.

  • Track financials closely—billings, collections, cash flow, and profitability—using Microsoft Project and industry-standard tools.

  • Proactively resolve issues and lead recovery plans with confidence.

  • Oversee subcontractor selection, compliance, and performance.

  • Support engineering and commissioning teams to meet rigorous pharma infrastructure standards.

  • Coordinate customer training and closeout processes that reinforce long-term partnerships.

What You Bring

  • Proven experience managing large-scale construction or data center projects (pharma preferred).

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction, Engineering, Architecture, or related field OR equivalent work experience (minimum 8 years).

  • Command of Microsoft Office, Project, Visio, Adobe tools, and financial reporting systems.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

  • Ability to travel for projects as needed.

  • PMI/PMP certification—or the drive to attain it withi
