Position Overview:  

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team. This individual will identify customer needs, define the overall vision for our products, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring that vision to life. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• Understand and represent user needs through market and competitive analysis. 
• Define and articulate the vision for the product. 
• Align stakeholders around the product vision. 
• Prioritize product features and capabilities using agile methodologies. 
• Collaborate with development teams as the "voice of the customer" to ensure goals are met. 
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap that aligns with company strategy. 
• Monitor market trends and gather feedback to inform product decisions. 
• Analyze product performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement. 

Requirements: 

• 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager or similar role, preferably in a tech-related field. 
• Proficiency with agile methodologies and project management tools. 
• Strong understanding of product development principles.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills. 
• Ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize effectively. 
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or relevant certifications.
