Liquor Sales Specialist - Part-Time

Every team member must be able to fulfill the responsibilities below.

Requirements

· Organization – keep backrooms organized and clean.

· Lifting – able to lift 50 lbs.

· Organized, Prioritized, and Effective – must be planned out, precise, and able to manage many tasks and initiatives at once including running a register.

· Outgoing – able to sell and recommend products to customers.

· Product Knowledge – knows categories in spirits, wines, and beer.

· Wine & Spirit Savvy – trained to sell, has a selling aptitude for a great customer experience.

· Cleaning – follow Kessler’s cleaning standards.

· Department Conditions – departments are clean, bright, kept up, fresh, and full. Operate the cleanest best maintained departments.

· Freight – works freight, unloads, organizes, and rotates. All pallets are off the floor by 

9 am. Carts used for stocking.

· Selling to Customers – sell, sample, and recommend Spirits, Wines, and Beers for customer satisfaction.

· Must have open availability with weekends and holidays

· Must be 21+.
