SUMMARY:

This position is responsible for directing and training supervisors in all facets including but not limited to production paperwork yields time and attendance discipline motivation turnover absenteeism safety problem solving etc. Accountable for areas of performance safety quality workers compensation turnover bid movement Team Member morale and other duties as needed.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must be able to cover ALL shifts (1st, 2nd, and 3rd) when needed.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Experience: 3-5 years experience in a supervisory role preferred. Inventory/ System management experience preferred. Experience with SAP preferred. Shipping/receiving or related field experience a plus.

Physical Requirements: Must be able to access all areas of the production floor to conduct audits and inspections; fixed ladders stairs steps etc. able to tolerate environmental conditions in the area of responsibility; the temperature in most of the areas range from 28 - 45 degrees.

Computer Skills: Basic computer skills.

Communication Skills: Good written and verbal communication skills. Able to communicate with all levels of management.

Special Skills: Team leader problem solving and motivation to take on special projects.

Travel: Some travel required as needed.
