Lead New Product Support Specialist

Job Summary

At SuperATV we are working to WOW our customers with innovative, race-tested products and world class customer service. Currently, we have an opportunity for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Lead New Product Support Specialist to add to our team. This critical role will help continue SuperATV’s growth and impact in the off-roading industry. 

Primary Duties

• Responsible for initiating and managing the SKU set up process, including the entry of all BOMs into ERP system.
• Assist with quoting process during new project implementation to determine project viability and potential cost reduction opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with project managers, quality, supply chain and production to identify and execute strategic initiatives to improve cost, and company targets.
• Support ERP system improvement requests from operations and other departments to improve productivity and system accuracy.
• Use developed costing standards to perform make vs. buy activity on new / current projects.
• Manage and train supporting members.

Qualifications

Qualified candidates will have a strong costing analysist background, and hands-on technical/mechanical knowledge. To be successful you must possess excellent leadership, communication, attention to detail, technical problem solving, and analytical skills are critical.

Education / Experience

Two plus years’ experience preferred.
