Customer Service Rep: I

Location: Louisville, KY (onsite)

Schedule between 9am and 7pm

Position Summary

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Louisville, KY. This role is responsible for managing customer interactions, processing requests, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience through professional and effective communication.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and professional manner
• Process orders and provide follow-up support as needed
• Research and troubleshoot customer concerns to identify effective solutions
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
• Communicate effectively with both internal and external customers
• Handle requests of varying complexity while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve issues efficiently

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; no degree required
• Previous customer service experience strongly preferred
• Retail, healthcare, or related industry experience is a plus
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
• Proficiency with basic computer applications and email systems
• Professional demeanor and customer-focused attitude

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Louisville, KY.

The pay range for this position is $21.08 - $21.08/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
