The Practice Manager (“Manager”) is an integral member of Community Reach Center’s Broomfield Pediatrics and Mountainland Pediatrics Teams. The Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily activities of the practices. The Manager will manage medical staff and coordinate with Front Desk operations team. Work with agency departments to support daily operations. Additionally, the Manager will have other duties and responsibilities as determined by the Director of Nursing. 

Essential Functions:  

• Manage necessary supplies by placing orders and sourcing new medical supply vendors to keep costs low.
• Ensure health practice adheres to all laws and regulations along with safety standards.
• Handle complaints from patients, encouraging feedback, and resolving escalations.
• Responsible for the activities of medical personnel – overseeing the recruitment, retention, and training of new and existing staff members.
• Resolves issues that may arise amongst employees and carries out regular employee performance checks.
• Coordinate regular meetings with medical and office staff on a regular basis. 
• Encourages good relationships between staff and patients, making sure patients are aware of services available in the hospital, and helping them to access it.
• Ensure shifts are covered, manages the on-call schedule, and oversees flow of clinic; partners with Director of Nursing to ensure KPI’s are met.
• Support patient practice flow and medical service delivery.
• Work with regulatory entities to monitor compliance related measures.

Qualifications:

•  Requires current and unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse license. 1+ years of experience in a similar management role is required.
• Communication, organization, time management and clinical skills.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred

Physical Requirements:

• Regularly required to, stand, sit; talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer and keyboard.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
• Light to moderate lifting is required,
• Regular, predictable attendance is required.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday. Travel between Broomfield Pediatrics and Mountainland Pediatrics

Salary Information:

$80,000 to $90,000
