We work together each day to foster an inclusive workplace culture where all of our employees feel respected, valued and have an opportunity to contribute to the company’s success.We are currently seeking a Production Designer to join our MarCom Shared Services team and contribute to the development of creative and visual content in support of the bank’s regional presidents, local market teams and shared services partners, with a focus on developing and customizing assets that address market-specific needs and specifications while aligning with enterprise brand guidelines.
Working closely with the Regional Communications and Regional Marketing teams, this individual will support the development of high-quality, brand-compliant creative content to constitute ad deliverables and augment owned and earned content opportunities in the markets, often in instances when the turn-around time is short and/or the creative execution does not require external agency resources. This individual will also work closely with PNC’s in-house creative agency, Creative Services
In addition to the below Job Description, this person will do the following:
• Produces and customizes requested creative assets, including digital banner ads, print ads, in-venue signage and custom-sized logo placements.
• Tells PNC’s story and promotes our brand and values by creating and editing brand assets, images, videos and other types of promotional content for local market initiatives.
Job Description
- Supports the execution of creative changes to align with brand standards for all lines of business.
- Executes the creative changes to print and digital production specifications according to specified directions, while maintaining sound judgment and independent thinking to ensure a quality product.
- Implements high-volume of design file changes and readies digital files for production with vendors.
- Edits existing creative marketing materials accurately and efficiently while maintaining design and production best practices.
- Maintains proficiency in new and relevant technologies and software applications.
