About the Job:
Spellman High Voltage Electronics Corporation is the world’s leading manufacturer of high voltage power supply, X-Ray generator and Monoblock® X-Ray sources. Our products power medical diagnostic imaging, scientific research equipment, airline security systems, food and consumer product scanners, and intercontinental communications. What You Will Do:
Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the President, Global Business Units
Answers and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary.
Welcomes and directs visitors and clients.
Prepares agendas and schedules for meetings, takes notes/minutes
Records and distributes minutes or other records for meetings.
Retrieves information as requested from records, email, minutes, and other related documents; prepares written summaries of data when needed.
Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions.
Arranges travel and accommodation and manages and submits expenses
Perform additional duties as assigned by executive
Enhance and support digital and paper organization and filing systems that best support the executive
Capture and track in a shared calendar commitments and next steps of the executive
Develop tracking systems with the executive to ensure accountability and deadlines are met; include time for preparation and completion of tasks.
What You Need:
Minimum of 5 years’ experience at executive level
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
Extensive knowledge of office administration
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new or updated software.
This position requires on-site presence at Spellman High Voltage headquarters in Hauppauge, NY.
All new hires are required to provide proof of COVID vaccination at start, or must request and be granted a religious or medical exemption.
Our good faith estimate of the salary range for this role is $85,000 - $109,154. Exact compensation will be based on skills, experience, and other factors. In addition to base pay, we offer a full benefits package.
